mGarage support
mGarage is operated by MCODE, Croatia. Email hello@mcode.hr for help with vehicle records, imports, backups or purchases.
Include your app version, device/OS version and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment-card information. A screenshot or small synthetic example is preferable to sharing private receipts or a complete garage.
- Purchase access: open Settings, tap the access-status row and choose Restore purchases. Use the store account that purchased the plan. Manage/cancel renewals in Apple or Google subscription settings.
- Missing photos after cloud restore: cloud snapshots contain structured records only. Use a complete JSON file backup to transfer attachment bytes.
- Fuel economy: a valid interval needs two full-tank readings with increasing odometer values. Partial fills are accumulated; a missed fill breaks the interval.
- Mileage reminders: status uses your latest recorded odometer. Log a reading or service to update it; the app does not read the vehicle automatically.
- Account deletion: follow Delete your mGarage account. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.
