Delete your mGarage account or data

In the app

Open Settings → Cloud backups, sign into your account, then choose Delete cloud account. Enter the current password and confirm the permanent deletion. This removes your Firebase login and the structured cloud snapshots from the active app service. Google documents that authentication deletion propagates through active/backup systems within 180 days; authentication IP logs can remain for several weeks.

Local vehicle records, photos, receipts, recovery copies and files you exported remain on the device or destination where you saved them. Removing cloud copies does not remove those separate files. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription; cancel in Apple or Google subscription settings.

If you cannot use the app

Email hello@mcode.hr from the email address associated with your mGarage account. Use the subject “mGarage account deletion.” Tell us whether you want the account and all cloud snapshots deleted, or a specific data request. Never include your password. We may ask for appropriate ownership verification before deleting information.

For a request relating to purchase data processed by RevenueCat, mention mGarage and the store used. Store transactions and legally required records may remain with Apple, Google or the processor under their retention obligations. Requesting data deletion does not cancel subscription renewal.

Local records and exported files

Records in Recently deleted remain recoverable. To remove the full local garage, remove the app's local storage using your device's controls; manage any OS backups and exports separately. Keep a complete backup first if you still need your records. The app-preview time record is separate secure-storage data and is not reset by restoring a garage backup.
